OOP - Object-oriented programming

OOP is a programming paradigm that is not necessarily tied to any specific language or hardware architecture. OOP is finding its way increasingly into web development. ActionScript 3, the language behind Adobe Flash and Flex, is a fully fledged OOP language. These include C++, C#, Javascript, Perl, PHP, Python, Objective-C, VB.NET. Some examples used here are PHP OOP examples.
