Other than LAMP, I endorse and use Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash. Other tools that I use regularly are
Color pic (Windows) Similar to KColorChooser in Linux. The color picker for Mac is not useful because you can't copy and paste hex. For that I suggest getting the Rainbow Firefox plugin. Or if you want to grab a website's CSS scheme. Go to this site.
Funduc Search and Replace (Windows)
Recently, I was asked if I use Microsoft Expression Web which they say is cheaper and better than Dreamweaver. I haven't tried it yet since I am on Ubuntu most of the time but I will update this page when I'm done with the testing.
